It’s Teen Cancer Awareness Week!
Teenagers and young adults are often a forgotten population in the medical field. They’re supposed to be young, healthy, impervious. They’re not children, but they’re not quite adults…so where do they go? Who caters to them? It’s important to remember that teenagers can get sick too, and it totally sucks, and they need just as much support.
