Sick: I have a head cold. Which makes me grumpy and slow and miserable. My brain doesn’t function at full capacity when it’s full of snot.
Sicker: I went to work today with a cold. I didn’t intend to spend the whole day, but I had to do billing. If the billing doesn’t get done on time, I don’t get paid.
Sickest: I left early after finishing up the billing. After I got home and ate dinner, I proofed a paper for my boss.
My anxiety has been out of control lately…I had a couple of massive anxiety attacks last week, most of which were only staved off with the miracles of modern medicine. And two panic attacks in the wee hours of Saturday morning. Not really sure where to go from here. I’m just happy to be going home in a few days to spend time with my family.
